MOSCOW, Apr 16 (PRIME) – There is no agreement to sell the Antipinsky oil refinery to Azerbaijan’s oil and gas company SOCAR, German Gref, CEO of Sberbank, Antipinsky’s largest creditor, said on Tuesday denying a media statement.
“I am not confirming this,” Gref said.
Kommersant business daily reported earlier in April that SOCAR may buy Antipinsky Refinery and oil fields from Dmitry Mazurov’s New Stream. Sberbank has a golden share in Antipinsky.
